At Red Earth Counselling & Wellbeing, I provide a supportive, practical and non-judgmental space to help you understand what's keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional wellbeing and create meaningful, lasting change.

A safe, supportive space where you can be you.
Counselling is a space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
We will work together to better understand your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and patterns, while developing practical strategies that support meaningful change.

Generational Patterns
Counselling can support you with anxiety, stress, relationships, confidence, life changes, emotional overwhelm, behaviour patterns and simply feeling stuck. You don’t need to have a diagnosis or be in crisis to reach out.
Everyone's journey is different.
Some people find a handful of sessions helpful for a specific issue, while others choose ongoing support for deeper personal growth.
We'll regularly review your progress to ensure you're getting what you need from counselling.
The first session is about getting to know you, what’s been happening and what you’d like to be different. There’s no pressure to tell your whole story straight away — we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable and decide together what might be helpful.
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what’s wrong or what you want to say. We can start with what’s happening right now and work things out together from there.
Common Questions

My Approach
I look beyond the problem to understand the person, their relationships, environment and experiences—because meaningful change happens when all the pieces are considered.
A whole-person, whole-system approach
Your wellbeing doesn't exist in isolation. We can explore the relationships, experiences, environments and patterns influencing what's happening now — and where change may be possible.
Strength-based & individualised
I believe people already hold strengths, knowledge and capacity that can support meaningful change. My approach builds on these strengths to foster confidence and empowerment, while drawing on proven strategies and practical tools that are responsive to each person's individual needs and circumstances.
Diverse experience. Deeper insight.
From working in prisons to schools, families to community programs, and crisis to capacity-building—my background helps me connect, adapt and create strategies that truly fit your world.
Practical strategies for everyday life
You’ll leave sessions with tools and skills that are realistic, easy to use and designed to create positive change in your everyday life.
Collaborative and goal-focused
We work together with respect, curiosity and a clear focus on your goals—so you feel supported, empowered and confident moving forward.
